Hey Rahul,

RDS has the ability to add &quot;Read Replicas&quot; on the fly. More info on the AWS site: http://aws.amazon.com/rds/mysql/#Read_Replica. Currently, AWS does not offer a managed solution to clustered databases. If you are looking for a more conventional MySQL cluster, you could create several RDS instances and configure MySQL replication inside the databases: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/replication-howto.html (not sure if that is a feasible option)]]></description>
